Devesh Srivastava is an Advocate practising before the Hon’ble High Court, District & Sessions Courts, and various Tribunals. He has extensive experience in litigation, advisory, and dispute resolution across commercial, banking, and corporate law matters.

He has previously worked with leading law firms and organisations including Khaitan & Co. (Dispute Resolution), AZB & Partners, Havells India Limited, and on policy and research assignments with Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in association with Facebook India. His professional background has provided him strong exposure to high-value commercial disputes, arbitration, regulatory frameworks, and institutional advisory work.

He regularly represents banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, corporations, and private clients before the DRT, NCLT, Civil Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and the Hon’ble High Court, and is known for his strategic legal approach and strong drafting skills. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and is a panel counsel for Life Insurance Corporation of India.
